I have the right to cancel the commission. Either for a valid reason or once there are ill-mannered actions shown.

PayPal only (USD/PHP).

You have the option to pay 50/50 or fully upfront. You shall only receive the sketch WIP after the first half of the price and once you have paid fully after the sketch, I will continue working on finishing your request as well as provide further WIPs in the process.

Major revisions such as entire outfits, poses, full backgrounds, etc., will require an additional fee. Minor revisions such as small coloring mistakes, missing accessories, small bg elements, etc. will be fixed free of charge. Extra fees may be charged depending on the complexity of the commission.

The commissioner must provide clear visual references. Text-only commissions are not accepted. Commission inquiries with poor-quality references will be declined (e.g. low-res, no definable features, confusing details).

Commissions are non-refundable during/after providing WIPs.

Commissions can only be used for personal uses only. Contact me for any commercial use.

The commissioner is allowed to repost the commission under the condition that I, the artist, am properly credited. You will be provided with 2 files such as the full watermarked and non-watermarked versions and if you intend to pose the artwork, you are to post the full watermarked version in order to properly credit me.

The commissioner is not allowed to TRACE / EDIT / REPOST / SELL and/or RENDER my artwork. The commissioner also can not REMOVE watermarks and credit from the artwork.

I have no interest in NFTs (Non-fungible Tokens), any blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, AI-generated projects, or any future inventions within the space. Please do not use my artwork for any of those reasons.

Commissions are my primary source of income; Please allow me to draw personal art between commissions so I don't get creatively overwhelmed and grow my platforms. Do not worry because I try my best to give updates every other day.

If you fail to comply or abide by the terms, you will be blacklisted

I, the artist, maintain the rights to the artwork created for commissions. I do not maintain the rights to any characters owned by the commissioner themselves or from any established IPs. Characters & relevant concepts in fanwork belong to their respective owners. All rights reserved.

Commission turnaround can range from 5 days to a month (2 months for animated commissions) depending on the complexity of the commissions or the queue.

Please understand that I, the artist, have personal matters outside of my work. (School, family, etc.)

You will receive the WIPs for approval if there are any corrections or details you would like to add.

The general process should be: Sketch → Coloring stage → Rendered → Finished

The commission will provide the full watermarked and w/o the watermarked versions, and digital files (PNG) delivered via email or Gdrive.

There is no guarantee that the artist will maintain backup copies for commissions more than 2+ years old.

In the case of commissions with multiple separate elements, they will be sent as a compressed ZIP file.

If I, the artist, feel that I can not fulfill your commission for any reason, it will be canceled with a full refund given to the commissioner.

PayPal will be the only option of payment

If you request 50/50, you shall only receive the sketch WIP after the first half of the agreed payment and once you have paid fully after the sketch, I will continue working on finishing your request as well as provide further WIPs in the process. This must be discussed before the invoice is sent with the artist's approval to avoid any confusion. If not, the commissioner is expected to pay the full price upfront.

Extra fees are applied for the complexity of the commission. Such as additional characters, Complex backgrounds, custom designs, fast turn-around, etc.

The initial price is for personal use ONLY. Personal use is recommended for profile pictures, gifts for friends/family, personal illustrations for OCs, etc. The recipient can not use the artwork for commercial and promotional purposes! (Unless it's discussed or negotiated.)

Work on the commission starts after confirmation of the payment being received.

There is a three-day grace period for payment to be received. If no payment is received during that timeframe, the commission will be canceled.

If any trouble occurs with sending payments, the artist must be notified within the three-day grace period or else the commission will be canceled.

All prices are final. No payments will be accepted after the commission has been approved UNLESS it's to obtain commercial rights OR fix any pricing errors.

Contacting the artist with questions regarding your quote is non-binding to the commission. If you're unsure how much your commission would be, please ask before making an inquiry!
